Holistic Facial Experience
For brighter and hydrated skin my holistic facial treatment will cleanse, tone and moisturise your skin to improve its vitality. A pleasant ambience will be created through essential oils and relaxing music. A gentle facial massage will stimulate and refine your facial skin. This sequence will be repeated several times and a gentle facial mask will be applied to ensure nutrients and moisture is fully absorbed by your skin. The aim of the holistic facial will be to help regenerate your skin, through cleansing, toning and massage.
Indian Head Massage Experience
This is a holistic experience in massage and relaxation. I will help create a calm soothing environment for treatments to take place in using candles, oils and high quality beauty products to create synergy with your state of mind and body. Using organic essential oils to help rebalance your equilibrium through soothing aromas, the Indian Head Massage experience blends upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and facial massage. The massage can be conducted with or without oils, which are of the highest quality. The massage is designed to calm your mind, relieve muscle tension, and improve your circulation, clear sinuses and improve circulation. Whilst enjoying your massage a guided meditation will be used to induce deep relaxation whilst your muscles are relieved. A free CD will be part of the treatment to help you relax and de-stress as part of your aftercare, to enjoy continued relaxation. Expert advice on stress management and relaxation will be included as part of the treatment.
Holistic Reiki Experience
Reiki is used to harmonise your energy on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. A calm environment will be created through healing music, candles and essential oil scents. I will conduct a personalised consultation before I perform Reiki to ensure your energy healing is maximised. As Reiki energy is channelled through your body it may make you feel calmer, relaxed, positive and less stressed. Specially selected crystals will be used during the treatment to harmonise with your energy levels and improve your Reiki experience. This comprehensive Reiki treatment will begin at the shoulders and soothingly move down through the crown chakra, temples, face, throat, solar plexus, naval, hips legs and feet. This will be repeated encouraging the complete flow of energy through your body. A refreshing herbal tea will be provided as part of the treatment to encourage your body to rebalance.
